Jessica Albores, MBA, FNP-C, DipACLM, CWS®, is a dedicated family nurse practitioner who believes in holistic patient care. She has extensive knowledge in lifestyle medicine, telemedicine, complex patient care, wound medicine, primary care, and much more. Jessica has obtained her certification in Lifestyle Medicine by the American College of Lifestyle medicine which indicates she has mastered the science of preventing, treating, and reversing chronic disease in an evidence-based manner. Jessica has a business mindset and takes great joy out of being resourceful, strategic, and innovative to meet the needs of her patients.

Josie Bidwell

Josie Bidwell, DNP, RN, FNP-C, DipACLM, FACLM, serves as an associate professor in the School of Medicine, Department of Preventive Medicine at University of Mississippi Medical Center. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees from the University of Mississippi School of Nursing in 2004, 2006 and 2013, respectively. She is AANP board-certified as a family nurse practitioner (FNP-C). She was inducted into the University of Mississippi Medical Center Nursing Hall of Fame in 2021. Additionally, she was inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine in 2022, the first nurse to ever receive the distinction. Dr. Bidwell is a currently practicing nurse practitioner at UMMC's Lifestyle Medicine Clinic, addressing nutrition, fitness, sleep, tobacco cessation, stress, and resiliency. She was named the Clinical Director of Preventive Medicine in 2020 which includes Lifestyle Medicine Clinic as well as the Student and Employee Health Clinic.

LaTaya De Jesus

LaTaya De Jesus, DNP, APRN, FNP-BC, DipACLM, is the Founder and CEO of Eden Health Restored, a direct care health coaching company which uses Lifestyle Medicine principles to help people revive their health. Previously, Dr. De Jesus worked as a family nurse practitioner (FNP) in primary care where she practiced using the principles of lifestyle medicine. Dr. De Jesus has more than 11 years of experience in healthcare, which began as a combat medic in the U.S. Army. She obtained her Master of Science in nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice from The Ohio State University. She is certified as a family nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

Karla Rodriguez

Karla Rodriguez, DNP, RN, CNE, NC-BC, DipACLM, FNYAM, is a Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University Rory Meyers College of Nursing. She has a background in Pediatrics and Adult Medical-Surgical nursing with an interest in lifestyle behaviors, mobilizing patients back into the community and taking part in making positive lifestyle changes for lifelong health. Erin Sinnaeve, DNP, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner with over 25 years of experience in health care. She has been specializing in allergy/immunology for the past 7 years and also practices lifestyle medicine. Dr. Sinnaeve holds a BSN from the University of Nebraska, a MS from Creighton University, and a DNP from Chamberlain University. She is a member of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM).

Elizabeth Winings

Elizabeth Winings, DNP, APRN, PMHNP, DipACLM, currently works full-time as an Assistant Professor in Nursing at Jacksonville University Keigwin School of Nursing and owns Winings Wellness, a private practice based in Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Winings specializes in the relationship between diet, lifestyle, and mental health. In the clinical setting, she works primarily with children and families, practicing with the understanding that health is composed of physical, mental, and emotional experiences. Winings Wellness provides mental health care with an emphasis on screening, prevention, and early intervention, including psychotherapy, conservative use of medication when needed, and nutritional guidance.
